A few topics I'd love to see are: 1) How to best secure Smart IT and My IT.
2) How to best set up Smart IT and My IT to scale in a production environment. 3) How to build integrations with My IT. 4) What is AppZone and how can it be used. 5) How to add custom workflow to the client side of Smart IT. 6) How to do true SSO with Remedy including Smart IT and My IT so people don't need to log in. There's probably a theme in my interests. Possibly one might be how to read the new java logs for the core and quickly know what the true error is (I tend to find a java log rather long winded and finger pointing about what caused the issue, so some sort of smart parser would be nice). I can guess at least one person named John is chuckling at me right now, so perhaps he could submit that one :) So, think we can gather a top 10 +- of topics that we would love to see [possibly wanted for years and never see]?
