Hi Folks! Question about Creating a Related Request on Incident in Remedy 8.1.
I would like to add the option for an Incident to open a Work Order. I've looked at the code for INC to CHG and the others. It looks like they use the PERFORM-ACTION-SEND-EVENT process to complete this but it's specific to the module (@ CREATEASSOC_HPDCHG). Has anyone created this functionality using this method? If so, how did you do it? Thanks in advance!!
