Hi Experts,

We were working on one of the integration request where we need to create a
ticket through microsoft lync conversation.

We are currently planning to use LcsLog table where lync stores
conversation messages and use the same to create a ticket in remedy.

Please let me know if you have any other way to achieve the same or gone
through such use case.
