Hi Group,

      I have a question regarding Problem Management. I have a Problem
Investigation ticket created in remedy. I am however unable to create a
task for the problem request. When I go in the Tasks tab and click on
create nothing opens up and no activity takes place. I have checked the to
see the permissions and they all look fine. I tried following the workflow
but have no luck so far. Is there any configuration piece that I am
missing? I have not actively worked on problem management before. Thanks
all in advance!
