We have a rush to market scenario where our users are now being required to use JIRA. The problem is we don't have anyone on staff that is familiar with JIRA. Our business need is for certain JIRA issues to create a Change Request in Remedy. We plan to handle ticket creation using a staging form. The part we are looking for is anyone who can shed some light on how to enable/configure JIRA to communicate with Remedy via webhooks, restful API, etc.
