Yippie Skippy!! I was not looking forward to losing the list and the great people that inhabit it! Although I will not be loving in RemedyLand, I will still be keeping up to speed and trying not to forget what I already know. Also, learning a lot of new stuff about SNOW. Especially that they don't like to be called SNOW because there is another package already called SNOW.
We go live with that package on 10/9/2016. With the exception of all together 2 months. I have been on call 24/7 for Remedy for 562,896,000 seconds.
