So I just wanted to throw out a quick note to get some feedback from those of you who may have already gone through this.
I am looking to upgrade/migrate from ITSM 6.3 to 7.x. At this point in time my plan is to bring up a new server with 7.x installed; run in parallel for a short time them migrate the data onto the new server and cut over. Has anyone gone this route before? Did it work or is there a better way? My biggest concern is that the documentation says you can't upgrade to Atrium 2.0 from any previous version.
