Thanks Uday, I already applied Patch 1537 with no different results. SLA BRIE still randomly stops processing and I have to stop/restart services for BRIE to come back to life. Can you think of anything else that may cause this? Thanks again! :)

When I check, the BRIE service is running. I have exhausted support with this, they have no clue as to what would cause this problem. I am at my wit's end on this one.
