Hi there, we’ve been trying to upgrade form 7.6.04 SP5 to 9.1.04 or at least 9.1.03. And guess what. Yep, it doesn’t work!
We’ve been waiting for the BMC Support and Engineering 2 months now. They just don’t know what their product doesn’t work. Epic! They left me with no choice but to play hard ball and ask ARSLIST!
