That may be difficult since Unrestricted Access is assigned to Entry ID (1). You would need to remove Unrestricted Access from a lot of forms, which would defeat the purpose of Unrestricted Access and would not be a good development choice. I would recommend not giving anyone unrestricted access and setting up a special group that has access to all the companies you want them to have access to. There are a few ways to do this. One would be using Parent Groups. You can than setup a basic filter to notify you anytime someone gives unrestricted access to the system.
