If this is a one time report you can do a search on the tickets that your looking for and then use Excel to count and sort your information. If this report is going to be a standard report I wouls look at Crystal Reports.

All,
I am trying to create a report showing count of all open
tickets sorted by Group\Technician\Status, is there any guide out there
than can help with general reporting ?
