Was this release tested? No sarcasm intended. A customer should reasonably expect that before QA (Quality Assurance) gets their hands on a patch that the "release" would be finalized and any problems that QA finds would be fixed (and spawn a new release set to be retested by QA) before it is released to the customers. The QA approved release should be the exact form that it was released to QA, because there were zero bugs/problems found by QA.
I mean if QA has Engineering do the install/setup it is not exactly a fair test now is it?
