Jason, we may be looking at a similar issue. From what I understand from our SW admin, the previous version (SW/KPx) had some untility that let you export to a .csv file but the current version of SW (5.5) does not.
I guess that is one way to keep your customers from jumping ship or at least make them think twice. You would think that BMC/KMX would provide some utility to make the switch easier, which would be a good incentive.
