Yes, I know exactly what's going on. If you check the mid-tier logs, you'll find exceptions caused by some strange timezone in Canada (or someplace else). You'll need to go to the timezone directory on the mid- tier server, and copy a good timezone.js to the timezone.js that it's complaining about. That'll resolve your issue. hth
