Hello all, I heard this should be the best place on earth to get some help with AR system so here I am.
We are building a SQL server with multiple instances and I'm not really strong on this and I need some help. I have an AR server already installed linked with a single SQL database. Now I need to change the link and point on my new SQL server on a specific instance. The think is I do not know where in the configuration I should say the AR server what instance it should use. This is an example of my instances Server name SQL_Instance Environments Identifier Alias Port # Development DEV Instance_DEV 1133 System Integration Instance_SI 12332 System Testing ST Instance_ST 13333 Dataload DLD Instance_DLD 13334 My AR.cfg: Db-user: SQLadmin Db-name: SQLSystem Server-Name: ARserver_ST Sybase-Server-Name:SQL_Instance The think is I do not found any places to add the right port. I need that Ar server to connect on the Instance_st:13333 For a weird reason each time I start the AR service it established a connection on the port 1133.
