Here's another tack. Does anyone have any lessons learned from an ongoing ITSM 7.0 implementation? Even a bullet list of what worked, what didn't, etc.

As far as I know there are no enterprise-wide ITSM implementations yet. Many companies, including ours are in the middle of the implementation. The same seems to be true for any 'best practices', especially for Operational and Product Categorizations. Even BMC is very vague and sometimes provides conflicting guidance.
