part of each project, and best practices in system development lifecycle, 
system design and project management is our expectation.

We currently offer a 1-year contract opportunity for a Remedy platform 
support specialist/ developer. The successful candidate will be primarily 
responsible for the support and maintenance of the Remedy – Action Request 
System, data structures, and platform development and support for custom 
applications, including code review and code re-write, and enhancements. 
The person in this role will be responsible for issues and problem 
management, and will make recommendations for improvement, followed by the 
implementation of these recommendations once approved. This is a senior 
role for an experienced Remedy platform specialist, with previous 
development background. 

Must have:
• A degree/ diploma in Computer Science, Math or Electrical 
Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in an application development 
role
• Minimum 3 years experience working with Remedy administration and 
development tools
• Superior Remedy workflow troubleshooting & performance management 
skills.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and database design concepts.
• Experience with web technologies.
• Workflow analysis & design.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 
• IIS Administration.
• Experience with Call Centres service management
• Experience in project planning and coordination. 
• Self-motivated in work and professional development.
• Ability to set priorities, manage time and work with minimal 
supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have:
• Experience with wireless and CTI technologies.
• Experience with .NET, and Javascript
