Does anyone have a copy of the compatibility matrix for both 6.3 and 7.0 for the versions of the JDK that can run on the mid-tier? Since BMC's site is down I'm unable to verify that the updates our server team have installed are compatible with the Mid-Tier.
They gave us Java 6 (1.6.0 I believe), which seems to be incompatible with Remedy, and when I downgraded to 1.5.11, it also appears to be incompatible. They really want to run version 6 since it's the current one, but I know Remedy tends to be a few versions behind on the JRE.
