Required Skills:

   - Approximately 4-6 years directly related experience.
   - Focused experience in Remedy ARS, MidTier, and DSO
   - Database technology concepts and terminology knowledge
   - Experience with Sybase, specifically stored procedures and complex
   queries..
   - UNIX experience, in particular Solaris, especially shell
   scripting.
   - An ability to develop solutions quickly
   - Demonstrated communication and analytical skills
   - Individuals must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills

Desired Skills:

   - Motivated, responsible individual who requires little supervision
   - Ability to solve simple to highly complex problems independently
   - Experience with XML, SOAP, Perl (ARSPerl), C, Java, Remedy API and
   Sybase are highly desired.
   - Development experience with Business Objects and/or Crystal
   Reports


Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 4-6
years direct job related experience are required..

Unique Requirements: This job requires on-demand work schedule changes to
meet business needs. This job may require limited travel.
