        Required Skills:

        *       Approximately 4-6 years directly related experience. 
        *       Focused experience in Remedy ARS, MidTier, and DSO 
        *       Database technology concepts and terminology knowledge 
        *       Experience with Sybase, specifically stored procedures
and complex queries.. 
        *       UNIX experience, in particular Solaris, especially shell
scripting. 
        *       An ability to develop solutions quickly 
        *       Demonstrated communication and analytical skills 
        *       Individuals must demonstrate outstanding customer
service skills 

        Desired Skills: 

        *       Motivated, responsible individual who requires little
supervision 
        *       Ability to solve simple to highly complex problems
independently 
        *       Experience with XML, SOAP, Perl (ARSPerl), C, Java,
Remedy API and Sybase are highly desired. 
        *       Development experience with Business Objects and/or
Crystal Reports 

        
        Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
plus 4-6 years direct job related experience are required..
        
        Unique Requirements: This job requires on-demand work schedule
changes to meet business needs. This job may require limited travel.
