I had cleared the cache but still encountered the same problem. Where else to check?
Those changes looks OK in the admin tool for all the different help desk views. When I relogin, from the home page->click remedy support ->create request-> here the helpdesk form did not reflect the change that I did. What could be the problem? I had actually change the background appearance of the form by Form->Current View-> Properties -> Appearance -> click browse and change the appearance. I had did the same thing as above for the form called Remedy Support and able to see the changes immediately. I also did this changes in the various views of HPD:Helpdesk form e.g Requester, Support and Admin but when I login to the User tool, I can only see the changes on the Remedy Support form but not on the HPD:Helpdesk form.
