Hi,

 

I did face similar problem before.Try deleting client side cache
files(*.arf,*.arv) and then open the HPD:Helpdesk form.

Dear Listers,

I'm kinda puzzled why my changes on the HPD:Helpdesk form does take effect.

I had actually change the background appearance of the form by Form->Current
View-> Properties -> Appearance -> click browse and change the appearance.

I had did the same thing as above for the form called Remedy Support and
able to see the changes immediately. 

I also did this changes in the various views of HPD:Helpdesk form e.g
Requester, Support and Admin but when I login to the User tool, I can only
see the changes on the Remedy Support form but not on the HPD:Helpdesk form.


What could be the problem? Any idea?
