Things to remember before running arreload   
 
- Set the "Max Entries Returned by GetList" to 0 (or higher than your
user count).   
  Located in the Admin Tool -> File -> Server Information ->
Configuration tab.   
- Set the "Allow arcache and arreload" option to checked.   
  Located in the Admin Tool -> File -> Server Information -> Advanced
tab.

This will dump and reload the cache from the group/user forms.
