L.J., Thanks,
I was able to install filemon and found two things: The most recent .obf file is updated (now at over 138MB) when I perform a search in Remedy Dev Plus 6.3 p1492 on Admin Tool 7.0.1 p1 Filemon shows: path = C:\WINNT\system32\java.exe command line = java -Xmx256m -cp "C:\Program Files\AR System \ARAdmin7.0.1\appexplorer60.jar;C:\Program Files\AR System \ARAdmin7.0.1\jgraph.jar;C:\Program Files\AR System \ARAdmin7.0.1\arapi60.jar;C:\Program Files\AR System \ARAdmin7.0.1\jakarta-regexp-1.3.jar;C:\Program Files\¨q Does this shed any light on the problem? rp On Apr 18, 9:04 am, "L.
