Hi Amanda are you using the Remedy email forms? If so, look in the AR System Email Attachments. For each email that hits the system, there is an entry created in the AR System Email Messages form, the attachment is in the form I mentioned above. All you need to do is run some workflow that will Push the attachment to the attachment pool on your ticket. If you are not using the Email forms, then let me know, what you are doing and I can suggest some alternative method. If you are unsure on how to use the above forms, drop me a line and I will explain it in detail thanks shafqat

I have some emails that are forwarded to our system where based on the subject line a ticket is created. If an attachment is included I would like to have this attachment added to the Tickets attachment pool. Any ideas? There has to be a way to do it seeing as though you can send a template email in to submit a ticket with an attachment and it happens? I just need to know how to do it when its not in a template format. Thanks!
