Why would I need to have a Web Services parameter for an ARDBC function?  If
there is a need for it, is it just an entry in ar.cfg (after creating the
queue)?
 
I am on 7.0.2 Patch 3.

Did you specify the Plugin-Private-RPC configuration parameter for Web
services with 2 threads too?

Do you have 4 max threads for List and Fast? It’s a lot for a non
environment but I already had this problem. (RedHat EL 4 / Oracle 10gR2 / AR
System 7.0.1 P1 with French / ITSM 7.0.2 P2 French)

 

For me it works with patch 3 of ITSM 7 (on Suse EL 9) with this server
configuration. With the patch 2 (on RHEL 4), the only way I found it’s to
not load the web service plugin to have a running Overview Console.

 

Maybe it can help…

Did you configure the CAI plugin on a specific RPC # with enough threads ?

When I am on the IM Console and select the Overview Console, the application
sits with an hourglass for a few minutes, then returns ARERR 94.  Anybody
overcome this issue?

 

I didn't find a KB entry to cover this.  The only one even close said it
would be addressed in 7.0 P3, and I'm on 7.0.2 P3 already.
