Why would I need to have a Web Services parameter for an ARDBC function? If there is a need for it, is it just an entry in ar.cfg (after creating the queue)? I am on 7.0.2 Patch 3. Rick _____

Its a lot for a non environment but I already had this problem. (RedHat EL 4 / Oracle 10gR2 / AR System 7.0.1 P1 with French / ITSM 7.0.2 P2 French) For me it works with patch 3 of ITSM 7 (on Suse EL 9) with this server configuration. With the patch 2 (on RHEL 4), the only way I found its to not load the web service plugin to have a running Overview Console.
