I had sent this almost on COB on Friday so I guess it may have not got as much 
of an audience as it may on Monday.. so heres my second go.. anyone has faced 
the problem described below? It looks like a permission issue but I don't seem 
to be able to figure where. I haven't really worked on this version of Crystal 
before and it seems to be a completely different beast compared to its 
predecessors that I have worked on..

What is the error referring to when it says "'Add objects to the folder' (id - 
1) for 'Root Folder' (id - 23)". Which root folder is this? the folder that the 
reports are generated on? If so I have permitted this folder to 'Everyone'.
