Frank,
If you are an administrator or subadministrator of a form, you can
delete entries from it by selecting Actions > Delete or Ctrl+D.
If you're a 'regular' user you will not have access to this feature.
What you could do is create a new status value "Delete" or just a
display only field "Deleteme" or so. Now create a filter which runs on
Modify with a Run If of 'Status' = "Delete" (or 'Deleteme' = "Yes"
or whatever you choose). Action: Run Process: Application-Delete-Entry
"$SCHEMA$" $1$
This way ordinary users can use Modify All to select the Delete
status, and when they save the tickets will be deleted from the
results list.
