Let me sport some guess work here.. This utility/executable now exists on the server? And there is workflow to execute workflow that trigger this utility upon creation of a request on this form when the $VUI$ = CMDB2ASSET? Is that how its supposed to work? I just had a look at that view of the form from the Admin tool.. You have to change your default view option in the user tool to CMDB2ASSET then open the SHR:SchemaNames form and you can then execute the utility.
