Nope.  
 
As stated previously, updates would be done to the new developer
community site when it goes public.  And when the new site goes public,
the old site will be taken offline and retired.

ITSM 6.0 migration tool is still there..

        Note from June 11th was that it was in maintenance mode only
until it was replaced with a "bigger and better" developer community.
It was "unsupported". 
         
        So either BMC is about ready to release the next community or
it's gone for ever.
