I've got years and years of ARS experience, but I'm a bit of a CMDB novice.
Can anybody tell me the intended (or non-intended but useful) usage of the BMC_Person class in CMDB? In an ITSM 7.0 environment where we already are populating CTM:People, I'm not sure what benefits we get from populating the Person class.
