Does anyone know of a way to allow end users to import records from a .csv into Remedy? My Remedy system is on SQL Server 2005, so I thought there may be a way to create an SSIS package that imports a file from a shared directory when triggered by workflow. Does anyone know if this is possible? Or is there some other easier way?
