I ran into the same problem Steve. Unfortunately I haven't found any workaround - the only real solution is to make all of your product names unique (somehow!).

Has anyone else foudn this to be a major restriction and if so have you managed a work around The way we have set up our product classification model requies products to appear under multiply Tier 1 and 2 options Eg Tier 1 Account Admin Tier 2 New Account Product = Remedy Tier 1 Software Tier 2 Standard Operating Enviroment Product Remedy Regards Steve Bullock ________________________________________________________________________ _______ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are" _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are"
