Axton, It looks like BMC is licensing some portion of "http://www.ilog.com/products/jviews/diagrammer/" for the CI Viewer. I think you can find the ilog "key file" somewhere in one of the .jar files on the Mid-Tier. ( I can not remember which one at the moment.)
If you just installed a new CMDB patch (or Mid-Tier patch) then I would suspect the new jar files that were added/updated as part of those processes.
