Dear listers, Hope someone out there can help or provide some advice on these database timeout errors we've been getting during the Merge activity on our SMS to CMDB reconciliation job merge. Our DBA hasn't been of much help. Any advice/tips would be appreciated!! We're running ARS 7.01 p2, ITSM 7.0 p3, CMDB 2.01 on AIX 5.3. Thanks in advance! --
