Actually, my ITIL training involved a Quake Team Arena simulator instead. :-)
Just kidding, but the "flight simulator" is supposed to be the airport simulation. The airport simulation is basically just a more complex version of that game where you have a line of kids passing a message down the line, where it gets scrambled worse each time.
