The question in a nutshell is... Will the Remedy API create a profile in the SHR:People form? --- Our Security team is in the process of setting up Courion for sign on procurement and sign on management. They would also like it to create a Remedy Profile for the new employee. They just received this answer from Courion Support. Is this true? "I was just emailing with Courion support with regards to provisioning Remedy profiles. They said that the Remedy API does not support profile creation, and that we would need to connect directly to the Remedy database to do this.
