We have Remedy ITSM suite 7.0 installed and working fine. We have a requirement to migrate our current QA environment so that it acts as a development environment. One of the task in this migration is to migrate underlying database schema and instance with the different name. As a new administrator I would appreciate if you can help in identifying underlying task that I need to take care before the migration. So far I am able to identify 1- Change tnsname.ora entry to reflect new SID 2- Change ar.conf file to connect to new instance. Any help is greatly appreciated...
