There are several things introduced that may be of use without the packaged apps:
- filter error handling, though I have yet to fully understand it, it looks like you can catch errors, then attempt to handle/resolve them before you return an error back to the client that initiated the filter stack. - performance - can disable status history tracking - native java api - if that type of thing is of use to you - new api calls and changes to existing calls - password restriction/management app - service workflow action - allows active links to trigger filter stack execution without updating/creating an entry - some mid-tier changes - persistent prefetch cache - wait image/animation Just a few of the things I've seen so far.
