Getting to the point of selecting the database type (SQL Server, oracle, etc.), click on that and get "Cannot load database connection DLL". All the SQL servers are on other boxes, so its not a local SQL 2K5 thats halting progress.

Install your system on 2000, upgrade that to 2005 after shutting down the Remedy services, and then change the compatibility level of the SQL database to 2000. That should work.
