I'm trying to set up ticket generation via e-mail. I've got all the required fields filled in my e-mail, but I always get the error: Instruction: Submit Instruction Number: 1 Instruction Template: Message Type: Message Number: 307 Message Text: Required field (without a default) not specified Appended Text: 1000000161 This is a little confusing, since 1000000161 is the ticket number.
