Who can install ITSM patch 5 until they tell us what's in it? I won't. When I asked for the contents, they said they couldn't provide one, and then created a bug against the patch process. (Ya think?) How about fixing the bug in the product manager for letting such an obvious oversight occur? /rant /grumble Rick _____
