I am a little confused here.... You have Form 1 that on Window Close has to open a Dialog Form A. Form 1 passes data to Form A. Form A then has to pass data back to Form 1 (which is in the process of closing). What can Form 1 do with the data it gets from Form A? (Sorry for jumping in late here) Fred

So I guess I am left with the same error then. Is there any other way to resolve this? If so you may try changing the target from Current (existing window that's in the process of closing) to New...this would cause a new window to spawn instead of trying to use the existing one...that may get rid of that error In relation to the 'do you wish to continue', that is related to some field on the current window having the change flag flipped. You can either do a run-process before the window close that clears the change flag....or you could do a commit changes before doing the close action, or you could design the form so that the change flag is disabled on all of the fields that might change so that it'll never get flagged. Please let us know if any of this is useful ________________________________ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Anesh A Kurian Sent: Tuesday, October 16, 2007 1:43 AM To: arslist@ARSLIST.ORG Subject: Warning on AL Window Close with Open Window action ** Hi All, I have an AL workflow defined to execute on Window Close, and the action defined is Open Window a dialog. Now when I run this workflow I get a warning. "If AR System windows are still loading, they will load incorrectly, if you have AR System windows still loading, do not press OK until they complete". And if I click the OK button then the window closes and the remaining workflow doesn't execute. If I click NO then workflow continues. Is there a way to disable this warning or workaround to perform the same functionality? I get this warning only when I run the workflow over mid-tier and not on the user tool. Kindly update me if anyone has come across such a situation. And also another query is that is there a way to disable the Microsoft IE warning asking on close of a window "do you wish to continue to be on the form".
