Hello List,
I have been given a task to automate the problem description and resolution field so that once the category is selected, these fields should come up with selection choices. My dilemma is, these fields right now is a text field. How can I convert this into a selection field without changing the data that is already in the database. Should I be using active links but how can I have the text field show up all the choices? Please advise. Thanks in advance. Manjari R.
