Hi All, One of our client runs a Customer Contact Center and would like to check the possibilities to integrate AR System with the Telephony, Computer Telephony Integration. This is required in order to pop-up the caller's personal information on the screen before the call is answered.
My question is, has anyone done this kind of integration? If the answer is yes then what all in terms of hardware and software is required for this integration. Any help will be highly appreciated.
