You never said...is this a Windows box? Does your Remedy service run as Local Service or a named account? I have had problems with windows boxes being built in GMT which sets that as the default tz for the default account, which is the account that the 'Local Service' runs as...to fix this in the past I have had to run the Remedy service as an account local to the machine that had it's timezone set differently....but all of that is water under the bridge if you have preference records...so I'm unsure what to suggest at this point
