Rami, you can't push tickets directly into the HPD:Help Desk form - you have
to push them into the HPD:IncidentInterface_Create form, which will create
the Incident records.  And if you're pushing many thousands of records,
there will be some performance enhancements you'll want to have put in place
before you do that.

I might suggest that you take a step back and more completely evaluate the
effort involved in migrating your tickets, and whether the result is worth
that effort.
