I am attempting to send and email template to the Email Engine to have it create a record. I've exported an Email Tempalte, filled in the required fields and sent it to the server. I see the email land in the specifed servers mailbox on the UNIX server. I then see the email engine pick up the message and create a record in the AR System Email Messages form but then nothing else happens. I would expect the email engine to parse the message and create the record but nothnig happens.
