Hi all, We need to be able to access one of our home grown applications via a Blackberry. We were thinking of simply accessing it via the browser of the Blackberry. But we are having some issues with the JavaScript on the Blackberry. When we try to visualize an entry, we do see the form but not the data. On none of the functionnality are working (menu, sélections etc....). If we use the same URL on IE, we do see the information properly and all is functional. The other option would be to create an HTML page to do this and use the APIs ... but was hoping not having to go there. Or is there any tools that exists out there to interface with a Blackberry and Remedy (but not the Helpdesk app.) Any ideas?
