Hi Guys, Thanks for the response. These are old self developed forms. One of them is 9 years old. (And still working). They are no workflow objects that would do this. They are simple forms. Sometimes it skips 10, sometimes just one and it may go for a few days before it skips again. It's in BMC's hands right now.
